About Me
I found my way into the world of population health in my early twenties when I joined Oregon’s Commission on Children and Families system. What started as a coordination role quickly grew into leading our County Commission, where I worked to meet state benchmarks and improve outcomes for children and families.
It was during these early years that I came to understand the deep and lasting impacts of trauma—and the powerful change that can happen when communities come together with shared purpose.
Over the course of my career, I’ve worked across the full spectrum of the service sector—partnering with nonprofit, for-profit, government, and faith-based organizations. I’ve helped build coalitions, launch collaborations, and establish new 501(c)(3)s. These experiences have given me a systems-level view of the challenges facing the helping professions—and a deep respect for the people doing this vital work.
Today, I help organizations bring stakeholders together for the kinds of strategic conversations that lead to clarity, alignment, and lasting impact. My trauma-informed approach creates psychologically safe spaces where open dialogue, innovative thinking, and real connection can thrive.
Whether you're navigating complexity, facing tough decisions, or looking to align diverse voices around a shared vision, I’m here to support meaningful progress—with purpose, compassion, and strategy.
